Burkina Fasoan griot and djembe master Zoumana Dembélé has been internationally known for his versatility and traditional percussion skills since the early 1990’s. Over the years he visited Finland several times to perform in collaboration with the local Mande Maja Band who handle the traditional Western African music as they were born into the groove of it. The real hot pot cooked together by these musicians will take you in to a deep percussion trance resulting in a celebration of dazed afro dance. What a way to finish the festival’s main event during the late final hours, if you’re still up to it!
